Minutes

Meeting opened with Bill Hammond, Anita Cantrell, Tom Castle, Tonya Castle and Mark Clevenger present.

Anita Cantrell made the motion, Chad Williams seconded to approve the agenda.

Bill Hammond made a motion, Anita Cantrell seconded to approve the minutes from the December 4 and January 10 meetings.

Anita Cantrell made the motion, Bill Hammond seconded to amend the SEEK Budget for 2012 – 2013.

Chad Williams made the motion, Tonya Castle seconded to approve the budgets.

Program review updates were discussed.

Policy updates were discussed.

The quarterly report was reviewed.

A committee will be organized to address the school communication plan update.

New Business:

            No School 2/22

            Musical 5/2 and 5/3

            Academic Team success at district and region, three students advance to state.

            8^th grade fundraisers addressed

            Basketball fundraiser discussed.

Chad Williams made a motion, Mark Clevenger seconded to adjourn.
